1. Custom CAD Design
We model your concepts and optimize your technical files for production. Complete size grading and professional mesh preparation (Formats: IGS, STEP, STL, 3MF).
2. 3D Printing & Material Prototyping
- FDM Technology (Filament) — Shape Prototypes: We use robust FDM printing for the rapid creation of shoe last prototypes. This process allows for physical validation of volumes, fit, and initial design before launching mass production.
- Resin Technology (SLA) — High-Definition Sole Models: Ideal for accurately reproducing complex textures, micro-grip patterns, and industrial logos before machining.
3. Sole & Industrial Injection Specialization
We develop models and technical solutions for all types of materials and industrial processes:
- All material types: TR, PVC, PU, Polyurethane, and Rubber.
- Complex models: Bi-color and tri-color sole models for a visual rendering identical to the finished product.
- Injection solutions: Models and tooling adapted for injection onto upper processes.
4. CNC Programming & Machining
Machining of ultra-resistant final physical lasts and manufacturing of precise casting molds (aluminum or technical polymers) for your small, medium, and large production runs.
