1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (STL & 3MF FILES)
Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable 3D printing files), all sales are final. Once the digital files have been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

By purchasing a digital product from Zlab, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a refund.

2. FILE DEFECTS & ISSUES
If you experience any technical issues with your downloaded files (e.g., corrupted files, errors in the 3D model mesh), please contact us immediately at digitalfootweardesign@gmail.com. We will gladly investigate the issue and provide a corrected, working version of the file at no additional cost.
